We warrant that should termites infest your house within 12 months after our inspection, we will eradicate the termites in your house FREE OF CHARGE.

• 1. Reasonable access must be available to all integral areas of the structure.
• 2. All areas of the home must be available for access at the time of the inspection.
• 3. All recommendations on the termite inspection report must have been carried out.
• 4. No active termites were found during the inspection.
• 5. The warranty does not cover timber damage within the house.
